The location of the condos is excellent, being very close to the beach and right on 5th Ave, near everything. the condo itself was modern and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the main floor of the building also had a great restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food.
One negative aspect was the lack of bathroom privacy in some of the rentals, as the bathrooms were open to the remainder of the rental. This could be a potential issue seeking more privacy.

I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, being right on 5th and 38th. It was on the quieter end of the main street, so I could enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, there were so many good restaurants, coffee shops, and shops nearby. And the best part? It was only about 4 blocks away from the beach!

Christmas time in this hotel was awesome! I liked that the hotel was only a few minutes away from the beach which gave me an opportunity to bask in the sun and enjoy the beach breeze. The hotel's location was perfect as it was situated near fantastic restaurants that served a variety of cuisines, and lively bars to keep me entertained throughout my stay. the hotel had a clean and comfortable room that was well-maintained with a great entertainment system to keep me busy during peak hours.
The staff was so impolite and dismissive that I felt uncomfortable asking them anything. They did not seem to care about my needs or issues that I brought up to them.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Conveniently close to the beach. Comfortable and modern condo. Friendly staff at "salt rocks" restaurant. Everything great.

Located on a main street, which offers a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. the beach is only a few blocks away, which is a plus. the room was modern and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape.
The bathroom had no privacy as it was open to the remainder of the room. It could be uncomfortable for some guests.
